Age restriction
The law in the UK states that you must be 18 years of age or older, to legally buy fireworks.
Magnum Fireworks are committed to promoting the safe and legal sale of fireworks.
We regret that we cannot leave fireworks in the possession of any person who is under the age of 18.
Proof of ID may be required should we suspect that the person is under the age of 18.
When delivery is attempted, if no one age 18 or over is present, the goods will be returned to Magnum Fireworks and you will be required to pay for the re-delivery of your order.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment will be taken at point of order and you will receive an e-mail confirming this. All payments will be taken in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT

We provide a fast and efficient delivery service and use only the most reliable couriers to help us achieve this. We deliver throughout the UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Europe.

Free Collection From Our Middlesbrough Site
No delivery costs are incurred if your order is collected in person. Once your order has been received and processed you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details and delivery date.

Orders placed before 12pm noon, Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day. e.g. orders placed Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed after 12pm noon Monday - Wednesday will be delivered the following day. e.g. orders placed after 12pm noon on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.
Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm noon will be delivered on Monday (unless Saturday delivery is selected), Orders placed after 12pm noon on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Returns & Refunds
If upon receipt of your goods you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund, providing the goods are returned to us in good condition. Should our products not reach you in perfect condition we will resolve the matter quickly and efficiently. When possible will we send you an identical replacement or a product that is of equal or greater value to that of the original product.
Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind, after placing an order, you may cancel your order on the same day of receiving your e-mail confirmation. You must cancel your order by telephone. We will aim to provide a refund within 7 days. If your order has already been dispatched you will be liable to pay for the full delivery of the product.

Magnum Fireworks Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Customers will periodically be sent details of any special offers, latest news and new products etc. Should you wish to opt out of this mailing list please contact us.
